Waihi Pukawa Trust declares the final result of the Trustee election conducted by poll voting at the Annual General Meeting on Saturday 15th November 2025 is:

The Trust therefore declares Julie Chadwick-Rose and George Patena to be elected as Trustees of Waihi Pukawa Trust.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting for Waihi Pukawa Trust is to be held on Saturday, 15 November 2025 at Pukawa Marae, Pukawa commencing at 10.00am.

There will be a big farm breakfast from 9.00am and a light lunch after the AGM.

5. Appointment of Auditor

8. General Business
   1. Special Resolution to vary Trust Order to:
      1. Update meeting notification processes
      2. Address inconsistencies and changes in law
